A USA-born African, Queen Ameenata is the Queen of Fulbe in Ashanti Ghana. Her passion is to help the African Continent to develop modern farming especially cattle ranching. She is also a strong advocate of human/woman’s rights, girl-child education, equality, and equity in traditionally closed spaces.
She is known as a Global Tycoon-ista due to her work in the vast and varied areas of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. Her passion for supporting education and the girl-child has led her to spearhead a global campaign to bring awareness to and help lessen the impact of period poverty globally. Her work is making an impact on girls in underserved communities who have received menstrual cups enabling them to attend school during their menses.
